We want you and your pup to love every piece from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- free of pet hair, dirt, odor, or damage
- in their original condition with tags and original packaging included
Clothing
Dog apparel may be returned or exchanged if it has only been tried on briefly for sizing and remains in new condition.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, stretching, stains, pet hair, or odor are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shoes
Dog shoes may be returned or exchanged only if they were tried on indoors only and remain in brand-new condition.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for shoes with worn soles, outdoor use, scratches, dirt, or other signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- final sale items
- gift cards
- items marked as non-returnable
- any item not in its original condition
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at officialpawrena@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- the reason for your request
- clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if the requested size or style is available.
If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer:
- a return for refund
- store credit
- an exchange for another item of equal value
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialpawrena@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
